All taxes and duties for orders shipped to the USA are fully included at checkout. There will be no additional fees to pay upon delivery.
International Customers (outside the USA)
At this time, we are unable to pre-pay or include customs duties and import taxes for all other international destinations due to current limitations with our shipping provider. This means that orders shipped outside the USA are subject to customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
We hope that in the near future, the option to include duties and customs for all international customers will become available.

Customs and Import Information
United States Customers

Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of order. Exclusions: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Custom made, or custom length, and/or engraved pieces, or personalised pieces cannot be returned. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and in the same condition as sold and in their original packaging, Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs. Each item is described and pictured as clearly as possible and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
We aim to refund returned items within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return item. If a refund has not been received after this time, please contact us by email on hello@spellsoflove.co.uk. To ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible, please quote your order number and/or name and address, or order receipt in email, and pop over to hello@spellsoflove.co.uk
Exchanges - We are happy to exchange items if unsuitable. Please contact us via email or contact form in the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website, if you would like to arrange an exchange please email hello@spellsoflove.co.uk.
Cancellation of order - We work as fast as possible to ship your order, and therefore would need to be notified if you would like to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. As we like to ship orders as quickly as possible for you, we cannot be held responsible if an item has been shipped. If you would like to cancel your order please email hello@spellsoflove.co.uk quoting your order number.
T&C's, Free Gift With Purchase
If an order is placed with a free gift with purchase and return is subsequently requested, the free gift with purchase must be returned along with goods for return. If goods are returned without free gift with purchase, the free gift value will be charged or refund will held until free gift is received. If returning items which takes the order value under the free gift spend amount, the free gift must be returned or the free gift value amount e.g., £50 (Calypso Studs) will be deducted from the return amount, or charged. Customer must add free gift at cart. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. Purchase of gift card's not included in promotion.
