  • Royal Mail First Class signed for, estimated 1-2 business days. £2.45.
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Order must be placed before 1pm, excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery). £6.95.

International Delivery Options

  • Europe: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 7-10 business days. £9.35. 
  • United States: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 10-14 business days. £9.35
  • Australia/ New Zealand and Oceania: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 10-14 business days. £9.35
  • Rest of World: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 10-14 business days. £9.35.

Customs and Import Duties

As stated above, each international item is subject to customs and import fees, we are not responsible for these fees. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any estimates of these fees or information, we recommend contacting your countries custom's department for more information

Returns Policy

Most SpellsofLove jewellery can be returned within 14 days of receiving delivery. Custom jewellery, and altered jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned unworn and in its original box with tags. Items will not be refunded until they have been received and checked. Items that are returned with signs of wear will not be accepted. Items returned outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted. 
Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping costs, each item is described and pictured as clearly as possible, the buyer is responsible for these costs.
We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. 
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Sale items.

Exchanges

Due to our current systems, exchanges are not currently possible. Items will have to be returned and refunded and then re purchased. If items are the same price, it may be possible to offer an exchange, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Cancelling An Order

If you would like to cancel an order, please get in touch with us straight away. As we like to get all items out to you as fast as possible, cancelling an order may not be possible, we are not responsible for this.
