The UK Next day delivery cut off time is 1pm, orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. Orders are shipped between Monday- Friday. - FREE UK Guaranteed Next Day Shipping on all orders over £150 (Order must be placed before 1pm).
- Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Orders must be placed before 1pm, (excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery) £5.
- Saturday Delivery (Orders must be placed before 2pm Friday) £8.
International Delivery Options
All international orders are sent International Tracked and Signed. However some countries' postal services only offer tracked or signed methods, we therefore have to choose whichever option is available for that particular country. We now offer free international shipping on international orders over £200. All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day.
- Europe: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 7-10 business days. £9.35.
- United States: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 10-14 business days. £9.35
- Australia/ New Zealand and Oceania: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 10-14 business days. £9.35
- Rest of World: Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, estimated 10-14 business days. £9.35
All international orders are subject to customs and import duties/fees. We are not responsible for these fees. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by each country's customs and border departments.
Customs and Import Duties
As stated above, each International item is subject to customs, duties and import fees; we are not responsible for these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any estimates of these fees or information. We recommend contacting your country's customs and border department for more information in regards to duties and fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of order. Exclusions: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Custom made, or custom length, and/or engraved pieces, or personalised pieces cannot be returned. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and in the same condition as sold and in their original packaging, Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs. Each item is described and pictured as clearly as possible and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
We aim to refund returned items within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return item. If a refund has not been received after this time, please contact us by email on email@example.com. To ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible, please quote your order number and/or name and address, or order receipt in email, and pop over to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges - We are happy to exchange items if unsuitable. Please contact us via email or contact form in the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website, if you would like to arrange an exchange please email email@example.com.
Cancellation of order - We work as fast as possible to ship your order, and therefore would need to be notified if you would like to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. As we like to ship orders as quickly as possible for you, we cannot be held responsible if an item has been shipped.
